Dr. Zatikyan received her medical degree from Yerevan State Medical University in Yerevan, Armenia (2000). She did her Internal Medical Internship and Residency at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital- Dallas in Dallas, Texas (2010-2013). Dr. Zatikyan was given the honor as Chief Resident. Followed by Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship at University of Texas Health Science Center- San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas (2013-2016).
Dr. Zatikyan is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Zatikyan has advanced training in Endoscopic/Critical Care procedures (Bronchoscopes, Endobronchial (EBUS), Thoracentesis, Percutaneous Tracheotomy Placement, and Ultrasound Evaluations of the Lung, Pleural Space and Heart).
Dr. Zatikyan is an active medical staff member at these following hospitals: Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, Pearland Medical Center, Memorial Hermann Pearland and Southeast Hospitals, Kindred Clear Lake Hospital, Bay Area Rehab Hospital, Cornerstone Hospital and Methodist St. John Hospital.
Dr. Zatikyan retains active memberships with the American Medical Association, American Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians and ACP TMA DCMS –Project Access Dallas.
